Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup 250g creamy peanut butter Use a good-quality,no-stir peanut butter for best texture.
  • 1/2 cup 120ml heavy cream Substitute with coconut cream for a dairy-free version.
  • 4 oz 113g semi-sweet or dark chocolate, chopped Choose high-quality chocolate for rich flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons 30g unsalted butter for extra glossy finish.for extra glossy finish.
  • 1 teaspoon 5ml pure vanilla extract Enhances flavor depth.
  • Pinch of salt Balances the sweetness perfectly.

Instructions
 

  • Microwave Method (Quick & Easy):
    Add peanut butter, chocolate chips, and cream to a microwave-safe bowl.
    Heat in 20-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth and fully combined.
    Stir in vanilla and salt if using. Let cool slightly before using.
  • Stovetop Method (More Control):
    In a small saucepan, warm the cream over medium-low heat until just simmering.
    Remove from heat and immediately add chocolate and peanut butter.
    Whisk until smooth and glossy. Stir in vanilla and salt. Cool slightly.
  • Chill (Optional):
    For a thicker, spreadable ganache, refrigerate for 20–30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
